1st Simple HTML Editor - 1st Simple HTML Editor is a text-based HTML editor, which allows you to quickly change your Website pages, containing same blocks of repeating codes. You only need to edit the repeating block once, and then the changes automatically apply to all of the necessary blocks on all pages.
If your Website only contains five pages and you, say, need to replace your e-mail address, which is present on every page, you have to make changes to each individual page. However, using our editor, you only have to make changes once. You just need to create a new block, containing your new e-mail address and link it to all of the pages, which should include the address. Upon generating your Website, this block will be automatically substituted to all of the pages, containing a link to this block.
In the future, if you need to change the address again, you will simply have to edit it and re-generate the pages.
1st Simple HTML Editor is easy to use, has an intuitively comprehensible interface, Unicode (UTF-8) support and syntax highlighting.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. Copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties protect the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

GRANT OF LICENSE

This EULA grants you the following rights:

USE AND COPY

One registered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a single person, who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation, used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both (or as outlined by multi-user licensing restrictions). You may make other copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT for backup and archival purposes only.

RESTRICTIONS

The unregistered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may be used for an unlimited period. Unregistered version has features restrictions. You must purchase a legal license and obtain your registration key, in order to access these restricted features of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You must maintain all copyright notices on all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

You may not sell copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to third parties without the express written consent of THE AUTHOR and only under THE AUTHOR's instruction.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT without the express written consent of THE AUTHOR.

You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this EULA only in conjunction with a permanent transfer of your validly licensed copy of the product(s), including the validation and registration key information.

You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the use of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

DISTRIBUTION

You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT as you wish and distribute them to anyone, provided that all files are intact. You must distribute the install form of the unregistered version (you must distribute the setup file, not the files, which result from the installation). You are not allowed to sell the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (except for shipping and handling charges). Computer magazines are authorized to distribute the product on any cover disk or CD-ROM without a preliminary permission. Please inform us by email: support@catchysoft.com each time you distribute the unregistered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

TERMINATION

THE AUTHOR may terminate this EULA, if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, including license keys and ID information.

All title and copyrights and intellectual property rights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT and any copies thereof are owned by THE AUTHOR.

REGISTRATION KEY CODE COPYRIGHT NOTICE

The registration key you receive is NOT for public circulation and is for your private usage only. Any public display or public transfer of this key will be considered as a direct and intentional violation of this EULA, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law you may be held liable for loss of revenue to THE AUTHOR or THE AUTHOR's representatives, due to loss of sales or devaluation the SOFTWARE PRODUCT or both as well as criminal fines for copyright infringement.

NO WARRANTY

ANY USE OF THE SOFTWARE PRODUCT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SUITABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
